If you have reached this page, we hope that you have enjoyed scrolling through our cake gallery showing examples of our work and have viewed our products
and prices
page. If you are ready to place an order, please contact The Flour Cake Kitchen by email or using the message form on the Contact Us
page. We would love to hear from you so if you prefer to call please do, however we can get engrossed in baking and may need to return your call, so please leave us a message.
Collection is by arrangement from either St Mary's Island or alternatively near Chatham town centre
Due to the delicacy of our cakes we are unable to offer a postal service. Delivery is possible subject to an additional charge - please read our full Terms and Conditions
for further information.
Ordering really is as simple as 1,2,3.
01 Choose product
Once you have chosen your product, feel free to give us a call or if you prefer then drop us an email or use our message form on the contacts page.
Please provide the following information:
- Product required
- Colour (if applicable)
- Quantity required
- Price
- Date collection required
- Anything else we need to know
02 Pay your deposit
A deposit is required on all orders:
- Total order value under £50 - 25%over £50 - 50%
- Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation from us together with payment details
- Orders will not be deemed accepted until your deposit has been received
- Payment can be made in cash or Bank Transfer (BACs) and details will be provided on receipt of your order
- Payment balance must be paid prior to collection

03 Arrange collection
Once we have received your payment in full, we will contact you again to either arrange delivery of your cakes or to confirm collection arrangements.
Your cakes may be collected at a pre-agreed time from either St Marys Island or from our premises close to Chatham town centre.
